Station House Lanchester Covid Safety Update
Station House Lanchester is a Covid-safe bed and breakfast and holiday cottage.

We have a risk assessment in place, together with appropriate measures, controls and stringent cleaning to minimise the spread of Covid-19. Please refer to our points below as to current procedures we have in place.

Face coverings: Whilst masks are no longer mandatory, we continue to adhere to safety where possible. If you wish to wear a face covering, then we will leave this to the guests’ discretion. Hand sanitiser can be found in each guest bedroom and key areas of Station House including the dining room.

Breakfast We have one large communal table with different breakfast times. I.e. breakfast times can be staggered between 8 am or 9 am, if we have full occupancy. There is a maximum of 4 guests in the bed and breakfast accommodation.
Station House can accommodate a total of 6 guests at any one time. 4 in Bed and Breakfast accommodation and 2 in our self catering cottage. Please refer to the information in the Guest Folder for more detailed information.

All key areas of Station House are regularly sanitised including door handles, light switches and regular touch points.

All guest rooms are deep cleaned and sanitised on room turnaround less than 72 hours, using high quality cleaners and disinfectants including disinfectant wipes.

We regularly monitor ourselves and staff for any symptoms associated with Covid-19. If this is the case, we will have no alternative but to self-isolate for 5 days.
Station House is run solely by myself with limited assistance from staff, therefore we would contact guests to cancel their bookings.
If we have any guests staying with us and have to leave half-way through their stay, we will only charge for the actual nights stayed with us.

We will continue to review and implement any necessary procedures and practices for our industry as instructed by the Government. We ask that all guests adhere and respect the current Covid-19 guidelines and any subsequent amendments.
